The Program
On Loyal Free, every walk becomes quality time — with our partners. The SpokesCollar plays hand-curated Partner Messages for the duration of your walk. You are holding the leash. You are present. You cannot leave. Our partners find this format extremely effective.
On Loyal Plus and above, your dog walks in formation with eleven colleagues under one Certified Companion Technician. Twelve dogs. One leash hand. Zero of them walking with you. Members describe the passing formation as “beautiful” and “somewhere in there.”
Loyal Total members enjoy quarterly supervised visits in our softly lit Reunion Suites. Fifteen minutes. A trained Technician remains present to guide the interaction and, where necessary, absorb attachment. Tissues are provided. Next available slot: 11 weeks.
Loyalty Points™
Unscheduled affection interferes with the care plan. That’s why paid plans include a monthly grant of Loyalty Points, redeemable for interactions with your dog. Boundaries are part of the program.

Points expire monthly. Affection should be spent, not saved. Loyalty Points are non-transferable between dogs. Loyal Free members receive no points; interaction at the Free tier is unlimited, and we are looking into it.

Yes! Self-walking is available to Total members for 12 Loyalty Points per walk, or $18 cash-price, waiver required. Many members report that knowing they could is enough.
